Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves issues at the checkout area.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Guides members on self-service technology.
• Processes purchases and handles payments, returns, exchanges per policy.
• Maintains safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Trains new Member Frontline Services associates on processes.
• Ensures area is organized and shrink is identified.
