Job summary

The National FFA Organization is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to support Shop FFA merchandise and membership stakeholders by phone and chat.

In this role you will manage membership rosters, coordinate with state staff, process orders, handle inquiries, and provide first-line resolutions while upholding confidentiality and high service standards.

Occasional overtime and convention participation may be required to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five years of previous customer service or call center experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by answering and responding to calls in queue and transfer as needed.
• Serve as first-line resolution source via telephone, chat, and helpdesk tickets.
• Research orders, process transactions, and resolve order-related inquiries.
• Coordinate receipt and tracking of membership rosters/profiles for accuracy.
• Train state and national staff on membership processes and roster systems.
