Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. is seeking a member-focused associate to maintain the checkout area, assist with purchases, and resolve member concerns at a Sam's Club location in Gulfport, MS. You will promote products, guide members on self-service tech, and ensure a safe, organized shopping environment.

The role emphasizes helping members with decisions, processing payments, and following company policies. Training in new programs and tools is provided to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (eg. cash register)
• Familiarity with mobile retail applications and complimentary tech tools
• Customer service oriented with ability to assist members

Responsibilities

• Assist members with purchases and questions at checkout
• Operates front-end equipment and processes payments, returns and exchanges
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the checkout area and surrounding zones
• Identify member needs and promote Sam's Club products and services
• Provide guidance on self-service technology and resolve member issues as needed
