Job summary

Rocket Carwash is hiring a Member Support Specialist in Grimes, IA to greet guests, build connections, and deliver exceptional service. You’ll join a fast-paced team focused on a positive guest experience and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, checking in on their experience, maintaining carts with towels and cleaners, and helping with basic tech tasks. Training is provided; growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; students welcome to apply.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, or sit for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and address them by name to create a personalized experience.
• Check in on member experience throughout their visit and build connections with current and potential members.
• Prepare vehicles before wash, follow SOPs, and pay attention to hard-to-clean areas.
• Conduct routine parking lot checks to ensure carts are stocked with towels and cleaners.
• Maintain a clean, organized location and complete side-work and duties as assigned by leadership.
• Work as part of a team with a positive attitude to drive success.
• Maintain awareness of safety regulations and policies.
• May perform basic to intermediate technology tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Treat others with respect and dignity at all times.
