Job summary

Broadview FCU is seeking a Member Service Associate to welcome members at the Glenmont Branch and support the Capital East #2 Region. You will provide professional service, process transactions, and help deepen member relationships through informed product recommendations.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work at any location as needed. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Have a High School Diploma (or GED) and customer service experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Flexibility to work at any location on short notice and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service at the branch, welcoming members and visitors.
• Accurately process financial transactions and maintain a cash drawer.
• Detect and report fraud or irregular activities as the first line of defense.
• Build member relationships by asking questions and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Respond to general inquiries related to products and services.
• Promote self-service resources and digital channels.
• Participate in cross-selling campaigns and branch goals.
• Engage in coaching, training, and development opportunities.
