Job summary

Walmart Inc. at Sam's Club in Fort Smith, AR invites you to join as a Member Frontline Services associate. You will greet members, operate checkout, assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges, and promote Sam's Club products. You will help members with self-service technology and maintain a safe, organized shopping area.

You will also support training, learn new programs rollout, and participate in safety, security, and loss prevention while keeping policies and ethics in mind.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register) and working with mobile retail applications.
• Experience with customer service and handling payments, refunds, exchanges, and returns.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns and promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Guides members with self-service technology and assists with purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Ensures safety compliance, reports unsafe situations, and maintains a safe shopping environment.
• Supports training of associates and rollout of new programs.
