Southland Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Advisor (MEA) to help members with everyday banking, deposits, accounts, and lending conversations. You’ll guide digital tools adoption and build trusted relationships within the community.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years in customer service or a financial institution, with a focus on consultative conversations and production goals, in a collaborative branch setting.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of customer service or financial institution experience preferred.
• Teller, new accounts, or lending experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Open memberships and deposit accounts.
• Support lending conversations and guide digital tools adoption.
• Build relationships through outreach and community engagement.
• Maintain compliance and secure handling of financial information.

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Management
