This position exists to serve our members at the Cullman North Branch in Cullman, AL. This is a frontline position. A Member Experience Representative engages members by onboarding them with Alabama Credit Union by opening new accounts and providing a relationship-building experience; assist members with loan request along with assisting them with their financial transactions, involving giving and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments while providing opportunities for members to utilize additional products and services offered by Alabama Credit Union.
Duties include opening accounts, helping our members with their basic financial transactions (such as conducting deposits and withdrawals, posting credit card payments and balance transfers, receiving debit card and check orders, etc.) accurately and efficiently, and providing information about products and services to members in order to serve their financial needs. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. During the course of a normal workday, incumbents will sit, stand, walk, see, hear, reach, use gross and fine motor coordination for activities such as using standard office machines, using paper (to include counting cash, sorting and filling paper items, scanning, etc.), and occasionally lift and carry incidental items such as supplies.
