Job summary

Sam’s Club in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a full-time associate to support supervision of the sales floor and front-end operations. You will assist management by delegating duties, coaching staff, and ensuring smooth member service and store performance.

Responsibilities include processing memberships, answering member questions, guiding purchases and handling transactions, while upholding Walmart policies and delivering value to members. Training and scheduling support are also expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (eg. cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervising associates in assigned area by delegating duties and guiding performance.
• Delivers excellent member service by addressing needs, answering questions, and guiding purchases.
• Processes memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, and promotes club benefits and services.
• Supports scheduling, training and evaluating staff per policy and process guidelines.
