Excellent communication, strong organization, and a customer‑friendly approach are essential to success. The role emphasizes in‑branch support, multi‑channel member outreach, and cross‑department collaboration to deliver a high level of service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of similar or related experience preferred.
• Must operate a PC and related software with average speed and accuracy.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; excellent interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and prospective members with all credit union needs.
• Process financial transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Explain services and set up new accounts; respond to questions and problems.
• Direct members to appropriate department and staff; support call center and branch operations.
