Job summary

ABNB Federal Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative to assist members with all Credit Union needs, process transactions, explain services, and guide members to appropriate departments. The role emphasizes accurate handling of deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance while delivering exceptional member service.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of related experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or related role preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and prospective members with daily transactions and inquiries.
• Explain credit union products and services to meet members' financial needs.
• Open/close accounts and perform routine maintenance and signatures collection.
• Handle inquiries via in-branch, phone, email, and other channels.
• Maintain professional, courteous conduct with members and colleagues.
