Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club Bartlett, TN is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver friendly member service and maintain the checkout area. You will assist with purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges while promoting Sam’s Club products to members.

Assist with guidance on self-service technology, maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment, and support overall store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Experience operating front-end checkout equipment is helpful.
• Ability to assist with customer purchases and returns.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and processes purchases at checkout.
• Maintains the checkout area and zones the front end.
• Assists members with purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Promotes Sam’s Club products and services to members.
• Guides members on self-service technology and questions.
