Job summary

Excel Fitness in Austin, TX seeks a Team Player to help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment and deliver excellent member service. You will assist with equipment usage, promotions, and day-to-day operations while adhering to safety and policy guidelines.

The role requires standing for long periods, strong communication, and the ability to work with teams across shifts. No supervisory duties are involved, and the work may include a mix of full-time or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Operate and assist members with equipment and amenities.
• Input and update member information into tablets and the point of sale system.
• Audit cash drawers daily.
• Assist GM and AM with member promotions, training, and operational strategies.
• Ensure club complies with state and federal laws and insurance requirements.
