Qualifications

• Previous customer service and point-of-sale experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with customers, peers, and supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Professional attitude and problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and volunteers.
• Greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and direct to programs.
• Process memberships, registrations, reservations, and transactions accurately.
• Balance cash tills, prepare deposits, and document transactions.
• Promote memberships and program information to guests.
• Assist with tours, events, and room setups as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and comply with safety policies.
