Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns and promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Guides members on self-service technology and processes purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and organization of the store areas; observes and reports unsafe conditions.
• Trains and supports frontline associates on processes and new technology; participates in program rollouts.
