Responsibilities

• Uphold the Rocket Guest Service standard with a warm, professional welcome.
• Build memorable connections with current and potential members.
• Assist with vehicle prep before wash and follow SOPs.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure member carts have towels and cleaners.
• Maintain a clean location and complete required side-work.
• Work as part of a collaborative team and follow safety rules.
• Perform basic technology tasks as needed.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
• Treat others with respect and dignity.
