Job summary

Walmart’s Sam's Club in Altoona, PA is seeking a frontline associate to provide member service, operate front-end equipment, and support customers with purchases and inquiries. You will promote products, handle payments, returns, and exchanges, and help maintain a safe, organized checkout area.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve member issues and concerns.

• Maintain a safe, clean checkout area and assist with merchandise.
• Assist with training and rollout of new programs and tools.
