Job summary

Communication Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative in Tulsa, OK to deliver friendly, accurate teller service and assist members with financial needs.

You will process deposits and withdrawals, build relationships, and cross-sell CFCU products while achieving individual and branch goals in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required; 1–2 years in financial or customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years' experience with financial institution or in customer service.
• Prior cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.
• Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
• Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.
