The position requires a high school diploma and at least two years in a financial institution with sales success, plus expertise in teller and MSR functions and new accounts.

Qualifications

• Two years experience within a financial institution with demonstrated success in a sales environment.
• Expert knowledge of Teller functions, MSR functions, new accounts, member service, and loan products.
• Ability to professionally assist members with all credit union products and services in accordance with all credit union policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and delivering a high quality of member service.

Responsibilities

• Promote credit union products and services to members.
• Assist with member inquiries including savings rates, loan rates, accounts, and IRAs.
• Process new accounts and support other departments as needed to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Handle daily teller tasks and provide phone support to Call Center.
• Maintain accurate documentation and balance teller drawers per policies.
