National Fitness Partners’ Planet Fitness location is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior, Judgement Free member experience. You will greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, and assist with POS purchases, while promoting fitness classes.

Requirements include customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, being 18+, and basic computer skills. We offer growth opportunities, shift-differential pay, and benefits including 401K and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment
