Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club is seeking team members to support Membership by providing information on benefits and promoting the value of Walmart products and services. This role involves processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and assisting Members with purchases in a fast, friendly manner.

You will fulfill Member requests, handle Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, ensure accurate invoices, and maintain safety and standards while representing Walmart values in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on Membership benefits and promote the value of Walmart products and services.
• Process Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
