Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking team members to support membership by providing information on benefits, promoting value, processing upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in events to meet goals.

Responsibilities include fulfilling orders, handling shipping and receipts, and ensuring accuracy of invoices while delivering strong member service and resolving issues to promote Sam's Club products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of Sam's Club products and services
• processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts
• participating in sales and marketing events and meeting Membership goals
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items
• ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the Company’s products and services
