Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a financial institution or customer service.
• Experience with cash handling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by processing transactions and answering inquiries.
• Open new membership accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Promote credit union products and services to members.
• Handle payments, transfers, and cash withdrawals accurately.
• Resolve member issues and perform account maintenance as authorized.
• Follow security procedures and protect confidential information.
