beem Virginia Beach is seeking a Member Specialist to drive membership sales while delivering an exceptional client experience in a high-energy studio environment.

You will convert leads, educate clients on beem® Light Sauna services, and support the Studio Manager in daily sales and marketing initiatives. The role emphasizes sales performance and customer satisfaction across in-person, phone, and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Personable and coachable with a sales-driven mindset.
• Ability to engage with clients in person, on the phone, and digitally.
• Experience in member sales or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate membership, package, and retail sales during all shifts.
• Explain the benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy.
• Manage leads: inquiries, follow-ups, tours, and conversions.
