Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group seeks a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to Members across multiple branches. You will engage in personal service, meet sales targets, and become proficient in AAA products and services to provide seamless Member experiences.

You will rotate between branches, leveraging strong customer service, adaptability, and active listening to identify Member needs and present relevant solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED with 2–4 years of work experience, sales background preferred.
• Sales experience is required; backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries or call centers are valued.
• Ability to learn multiple product lines, services, and systems to provide seamless service across branches.
• Must be flexible to travel and cover shifts at multiple locations, including Saturdays.

• Meet individual sales goals while delivering excellent Member Services.
• Promote AAA products and services to Members to support branch goals.
• Understand Member needs and adapt solutions across branch environments.
