Orangetheory Fitness - West Coast Fitness in California is seeking a friendly Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced studio environment. You will be the face of the studio, driving membership sales, renewals, retail, and concessions while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with quota-bearing environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) proficiency and basic reporting.
• Flexible to work daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented with Orange Team mindset.
• High school diploma required; fitness-minded candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales KPIs for memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Deliver friendly, inclusive member experiences and support.
• Host studio tours and engage prospects with enthusiasm.
• Process credit card transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio environment.
