Job summary

The American Automobile Association in Merced is looking for a full-time Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service to members. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $26.95 hourly with additional commission potential. A valid Driver's License is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; 2–4 years of work experience.
• Sales experience is required with backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers valued.
• Current & valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform fundamental customer interactions including Member Services and product sales.
• Adhere to branch operations in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Promote AAA products and services to achieve branch goals.
