Job summary

Achieva Credit Union is seeking a customer service professional to deliver top-tier support in a busy call center, handling calls, emails and chats. You will identify opportunities to offer relevant credit union products and services while ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and confidentiality.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in financial services or call center, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Financial institution experience preferred.
• Call center and sales experience desirable.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly and accurate service to members.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs.
• Handle inquiries via telephone, email and live chat in a call center.
• Maintain member confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
• Meet productivity, quality and sales goals; work Saturdays as needed.
• Perform member maintenance and issue research for solutions.
