Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union’s Mesa Power Road Branch in Mesa, AZ is seeking a part-time Member Service role. Flexible schedule: Monday–Friday 8:45am–6:15pm with rotating Saturdays 8:45am–2:15pm.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with potential incentives and a $2 location allowance for Arizona branches, plus $1 more for Spanish assistance. Role focuses on member service, account openings and servicing, and cross-selling MACU products.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to cross-sell financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service at the Mesa Power Road Branch.
• Assist in opening and servicing accounts and transactions.
• Educate members on MACU products and cross-sell services.
• Maintain branch cash handling, security and records.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally.
