Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, coordinating activities, and assisting with daily needs (dressing, bathing, eating).
• Collaborate with treatment team to assist with patient treatment goals.
• May co-lead groups and monitor daily well-being of patients.
• Ensure documentation of care, treatment or incidents is complete, clear, and timely.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude and address patient complaints.
