Job summary

G1 Climbing + Fitness is seeking a Program Manager to enhance member experiences and drive engagement across youth programs and community initiatives. This hands-on leadership role requires strategic thinking and regular interaction with members, families, and staff.

Youth programs, events, and adult programming are pivotal, with ownership of outcomes, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with the management team. Compensation reflects a salaried, full-time leadership role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading programs or teams.
• Track record of improving member experiences in a membership-based setting.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use data/feedback to guide decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the member experience from first visit to long-term membership.
• Develop 30/60/90 day onboarding engagement plans.
• Create events, workshops, and classes to strengthen community.
• Oversee youth programs, families, and staff coordination.
• Monitor participation, revenue, expenses, and retention; adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing to communicate programs and events.
• Schedule, staffing, and evaluation of yoga and fitness offerings.
• Lead management meetings and facility events.
• Set goals, timelines, and budgets; track performance.
