Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior cash handling experience.
• 6+ months as MSS I or teller role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and audits financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and general ledger entries while maintaining a cash drawer.
• Provides Golden 1 services to member, including checks, money orders, savings bonds, wire transfers and debit card issuance.
• Assesses members' needs while processing transactions and documents in EnAct system.
• Identifies opportunities to offer Golden 1 products and refer lending needs to MSS III or business partner.
• Maintains confidentiality of all member and credit union information.
• Assists in ATM and Teller Cash Dispenser operations and other branch duties as needed.
