• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintains and secures merchandising; zones area and assists with locating merchandise.
• Delivers training for Member Frontline Services and rollout of new programs.
• Ensures safety, security and compliance with company policies at all times.
