Job summary

Partners Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Professional II in California. The role focuses on delivering excellent financial services, outbound outreach, and promoting products to members.

You will process a wide range of transactions, cross-sell solutions, and mentor teammates while ensuring compliance and quality service. Required: High School or GED, 3–5 years in financial services, CA Notary and NMLS, and strong PC skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED required.
• Experience: 3–5 years in the financial industry.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• CA Notary and NMLS certifications required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook; Episys/Springboard/Verafin preferred.
• Ability to use a PC and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Networking: Identify and build a network of member contacts to create financial opportunities.
• Outbound Member Service and Sales: Conduct outbound calls to enhance service and drive sales.
• Transaction Processing: Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check cashing.
• Member Needs and Financial Solutions: Identify changes in members' life events and recommend services.
• Cross-Selling and Promotion: Cross-sell products to deepen relationships and profitability.
• Loan Processing and Mentorship: Process consumer loans and mentor others in best practices.
• Product Knowledge and Member Education: Explain features/benefits and educate on financial responsibility.
• Membership Account Management: Open accounts and manage service requests.
• Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure documents meet CIP, OFAC, ChexSystems, etc.
• Branch Operations and Notary Responsibilities: Support branch needs and provide notary/guaranties.
