Anytime Fitness is seeking a dedicated Member Experience Manager in Watford City, ND. The role focuses on delivering world-class service to members through fitness consultations, evaluations, and regular check-ins, while leading the club's personal training team.

The ideal candidate combines leadership with strong communication and a passion for helping clients achieve their health goals, in a high-energy, member‑centric environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work from the facility.
• Must be able to work the listed hours: Mon/Wed 11a-7p; Tue/Thu 10a-7p; Fri 7a-12p.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Must be coachable and possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of health, fitness, and physiology; team cohesion is important.

Responsibilities

• Sales and portfolio management: maintain accurate financial profiles for personal training members and drive department growth.
• Facility management: maintain the facility and equipment integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service and help members set and achieve goals.
• Make decisions on customer feedback and membership requests.
• Build and maintain business relationships and participate in local community events.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and model professional growth.
