Qualifications

• Must be able to work from facility.
• Bachelor's in Exercise Science preferred.
• CPR/AED and current personal training cert required or within 90 days.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales and portfolio management for personal training members.
• Maintain facility and equipment integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service and help members achieve goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with local community and businesses.
• Lead the personal training department and mentor staff.
