Young Mens Christian Association of Northwest Nort (YMCA) is seeking a Member Experience Representative to drive member engagement and retention. You will manage guest tours, register participants, and support membership administration using DAXKO, while partnering with Wellness on onboarding and serving as the emergency control point.

The role requires at least 18 years of age, strong customer service and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Associate’s degree or two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination preferred.
• Computer skills and ability to learn YMCA-related programs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and willingness to help others; ability to stand for full shift.
• CPR/First Aid/AED/Oxygen certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Other YMCA-required training and certifications as applicable.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist members, potential members, and staff professionally.
• Conduct tours with prospective members and explain benefits and opportunities.
• Register members for services and programs; process new member IDs and passes.
• Respond to phone inquiries per YMCA best practices.
• Act as emergency control center; know facility emergency procedures.
• Support branch with DAXKO reports as needed.
• Engage with wellness staff to onboard new members and schedule sessions.
• Promote YMCA programs, classes, and volunteer opportunities.
• Communicate YMCA mission and values in daily interactions.
