Job summary

YMCA of Northwest North is seeking a Member Experience Representative to enhance member engagement and retention through frontline service, tours, and membership administration using DAXKO. This role also acts as the emergency control center and collaborates with wellness on onboarding.

Candidates must be 18+, have an Associate’s degree or two years related experience, strong customer service and communication skills, computer proficiency, CPR/First Aid/AED/Oxygen certification (within 30 days),

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Associate’s degree, two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
• Computer skills and ability to learn relevant programs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Outgoing personality, helpful disposition
• CPR/First Aid/AED/Oxygen certification (or within 30 days)
• YMCA-required trainings and certifications as applicable
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Bilingual skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and staff professionally
• Conduct tours for prospective members and explain benefits
• Register members for services and programs
• Process new member IDs and guest passes
• Respond to phone inquiries and provide information
• Support emergency procedures as a control center
• Assist with membership reporting as needed
• Promote programs and volunteer opportunities
• Support Annual Giving Campaign as directed
