SPENGA Ann Arbor is seeking a friendly, motivated Front Desk & Membership Sales Associate to welcome members and introduce new people to our studio. You will be the first hello, assist with check-ins, and be an essential part of growing our membership in a dynamic fitness environment.

This part-time role offers mornings and evenings, with compensation ranging from $15 to $20 per hour, plus commission bonuses and social media profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident communication style and genuine interest in helping people.
• Comfort starting conversations, explaining options, and asking for the sale.
• Reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, and ability to stay organized during busy check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, assist with check-in and class bookings, and answer questions about the studio.
• Build relationships, learn members’ names, and help new visitors feel comfortable.
• Sell memberships and retail products, and work toward studio sales and retention goals.
• Keep the front desk, retail area, and facility clean, organized, and welcoming.
