Qualifications

  • Experience in delegation and performance management within a financial services setting.
  • Knowledge of branch operations and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train MSRs and oversee Cash Management and balancing.
  • Ensure compliance with branch policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Review timesheets, salaries, promotions and performance quarterly.
  • Greet and assist members across service channels and drive-through.
  • Open and maintain member accounts and process transfers and wires.
  • Coordinate daily vault balancing and cash handling activities.
  • Lead community engagement and cross-department collaboration.
  • Maintain records, generate reports and ensure timely documentation.
