Job summary

GreenState Credit Union is seeking an MSR-focused professional to acquire and grow member relationships while delivering outstanding service. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, confidentiality, and proactive sales within a supportive team environment.

The position requires at least one year in an MSR or related role, strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and the ability to work with minimal direction.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of similar or related experience or 12 months in an MSR role with knowledge of all credit union accounts and products with proven ability to handle a wide variety of functions quickly and accurately.
• High energy and sales ability and interpersonal skills to represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize work assignments and organize work efficiently. Must demonstrate good time management skills to meet established deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with related computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications.
• Proven relationship building skills and techniques.
• Must be self-motivated, exercise sound judgment, and be able to work independently
• Ability to maintain composure, and problem solve as they arise.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive and effective working relationship.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential duties in member service roles including greeting members and handling transactions.
• Builds member relationships by identifying financial needs and offering GreenState products or referrals.
• Makes weekly outbound sales calls to members.
• Balances cash drawer daily and follows cash handling policies.
• Maintains confidentiality of member information and adheres to regulations.
• Works as part of a team to achieve department goals and excellent service.
• Participates in promotions and community involvement.
