Job summary

Wright-Patt Credit Union in Beavercreek, OH, seeks a Member Experience Training Specialist to own the end-to-end learning experience, ensuring training translates from the classroom to real-world member impact and frontline performance.

You will design and deliver programs across in-person and virtual formats, develop materials with PowerPoint/SharePoint/Power Automate, coach leaders and mentors, and align learning with organizational priorities to strengthen partner capability and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• ATD/CPD certification or similar is preferred.
• 3+ years in member service, training, or L&D with leadership/ facilitation experience.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning methods and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation & Learning Delivery for in-person and virtual sessions across the team.
• On-the-job training and coaching of frontline staff and leaders.
• Develops training content using Microsoft tools and creates learner-centered materials.
• Goes with stakeholder alignment to ensure training supports org priorities and risk controls.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.
