Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Member Experience Training Specialist in Ohio to design and deliver learning experiences that connect classroom training to real-world member impact. The role partners with leaders to align learning with organizational priorities and advance financial well-being for members and partners.

Responsibilities include facilitating Flight Path Training for frontline staff, developing on-the-job coaching, and creating engaging, role-specific content across formats.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and reinforces the Flight Path Training program for Member Experience Representatives, Financial Coaches, and retail network leaders via in-person and virtual delivery to ensure a high-quality, consistent learning experience.
• Observes performance, provides on-the-job coaching, and reinforces application of training and the member experience across frontline teams; strengthens trainer effectiveness and program reach.
• Develops comprehensive training solutions using adult learning principles; creates content using Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power Automate), graphics, and assessments; maintains SharePoint platforms and toolkits.
• Performs training needs analysis and aligns with stakeholders to determine online/instructor-led/blended solutions; collaborates with leadership and PMO for change management.
• Executes other duties or special projects as assigned or requested.
