Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Lead to guide the MES team in delivering a world-class guest experience at our Colorado club. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, ensuring our UPLIFT culture is embedded in daily interactions and brand experience.

The MEL role focuses on leadership, staffing, and customer service excellence, reporting to the General Manager. Join a fast-paced, fitness-forward team committed to unity, energy, and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years customer service in a retail, restaurant or in-person service environment.
• 3+ years leading operational teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• CPR certified within the first 30 days of employment.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an uplifting, welcoming atmosphere and drive the club toward results.
• Recruit, hire, and train all MES team members.
• Lead by example and coach MES on providing a best-in-class guest experience.
• Foster a culture aligned with UPLIFT values in all communications.
