VASA Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Lead (MEL) to drive a high-performing MES team and deliver a world-class member experience. The MEL supports the General Manager, coaches MES, and leads by example to ensure a welcoming, energetic atmosphere aligned with VASA's culture.

The role emphasizes coaching, operational excellence, and sales promotion within a vibrant club environment. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced setting and value teamwork and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all MES create and maintain a positive UPLIFT culture in the club.
• Implement the welcoming VASA experience through the guest-to-member journey.
• Recruit, hire, and train all MES team members.
• Lead by example and uphold UPLIFTing culture and values in all communications.
• Promote REVIVE sales and in-club merchandise offerings.
• Maintain club operations: equipment, cleanliness, and staff friendliness.
• Forecast staffing needs in collaboration with GM.
• Conduct interviews with MES team members and hire suitable candidates.
• Schedule and facilitate training for new MES members.
• Create a welcoming environment for interview candidates and new hires.
• Continuously evaluate team member interactions and provide in-the-moment coaching.
