Qualifications

• 3-5 years banking experience, including teller line exposure.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily coaching and motivation to front-line staff to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Monitor and support front-line activities to improve cross-sell, compliance, and member satisfaction; reduce friction in service flow.
• Oversee vault operations, including cash ordering, balancing, and machine accuracy; ensure adherence to cash procedures.
