Job summary

The Club at Crested Butte, part of Troon, is seeking a full-time Member Services Supervisor in Crested Butte, Colorado. You will oversee daily Front Desk operations, lead staff, and uphold exceptional hospitality while managing member interactions, reservations, and special requests across departments.

Reporting to the Director of Membership & Communications, you will recruit, train, and schedule team members, model outstanding service, and ensure a welcoming, organized club experience for

Qualifications

• Three to five years of hospitality, private club, resort, or luxury service experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with hospitality management systems, point-of-sale platforms, and scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold elevated hospitality standards through personalized service and discretion.
• Anticipate Member needs and provide knowledgeable assistance with club amenities, dining, recreation, events, and reservations.
• Coordinate special requests across departments and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage daily Front Desk operations and schedule staff.
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Lead training and professional development.
