• Prepare member daily arrival reports
• Greet members daily in the locker room
• Assist with pulling member skis from Ski valet and having them ready before their arrival
• Alert the Falcon room team on which members are currently in house
• Provide & offer concierge services to members
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attractions
• Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment options
• Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and club areas
• Assist the Director of Membership with updating Crest Club member profiles
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, follow up, and accountability
• Adheres to Auberge Resorts policies and procedures
• Ensure ongoing alignment with brand standards related to services, amenities and facilities
• Ensure effective coordination of all club program services
• Enforce property safety standards
• Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by the Director of Residence Services
• Professionally represent the brand and property in the community and industry as well as with club members
• Be a leader and role model to all team members and the community
