Job summary

The Club at Crested Butte, located in Crested Butte, CO, is seeking a seasonal Server to join Troon’s hospitality team. You will deliver food and beverage with prompt and friendly service, describe specials, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification includes a High School diploma or GED, 0–3 months experience, and Food Safety/Alcohol awareness certificates. Competitive $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility for a seasonal role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates/Licenses: Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Serves guests food and beverage items in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials of the day to the guests and offers menu recommendations.
• Takes orders and delivers food to guests promptly after preparation.
• Follows-up with guests to ensure satisfaction and restock items as needed.
• Follows established POS system procedures and service standards.
