Job summary

The Club at Crested Butte, part of Troon, is seeking a Full-Time Executive Sous Chef to lead all back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting. You will supervise staff, assist with budgeted labor costs, and ensure top-quality food across restaurant outlets.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent; a two-year degree or related experience is preferred. ServSafe training is required.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or related experience.
• Private Country Club experience preferred but not required.
• Food Safety/ServSafe and sanitation training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all back-of-house food production and ensure high-quality output.
• Cook on the line and prep during service as needed.
• Screen, interview, and hire back-of-house staff.
• Schedule staff within budgeted labor costs.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and quality across outlets.
